Is this flour enriched?
No, Lindley Mills does not enrich, bleach, or bromate any of their 100% Certified Organic flours. No folic acid is added to these products.
How do I store my flour?
The shelf life of flour is typically at least 100-180 days when stored in an airtight container, but can be much longer when refrigerated or frozen (a year or more.) Be sure to pull it out 24 hours before using it so that it can come back to room temperature before baking with it.
