What makes their beef especially unique is the genetics. Rocky Forge combines Wagyu genetics with Angus to create American Wagyu known for its incredible marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor. Their cattle are given the time needed to naturally develop that beautiful intramuscular marbling, their process takes roughly three years from breeding to grill.
